Hot Herbal Compress for Reflexologists

Learn how to make your own healing herbal and flower compresses and apply them

Learn How To Make Thai Herbal Poultice and apply them to the face and feet.

Thai Herbal Poultice takes your foot and facial reflexology treatments to a new level of healing by adding warm poultices to the face and feet.

You will learn how to make 3 recipes for Pain, Colds and Facial Rejuvenation to add to your existing Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Massage or Reflexology treatments, or offer as a stand alone new therapy. We also now have organic poultices in the shop at if your prefer to not make them yourself and after enrolment you'll get 40% off.

In this FHT and NRRI accredited training you will learn techniques like rolling, stretching, dabbing, chopping, kneading and pressure points especially good for rebalancing reflexes and the heat is nurturing and can bring about deep relaxation.

As an added bonus clients can choose to purchase their poultice to use a home, ( so a little extra income on each treatment) which is especially helpful for those with pain or colds. Also in the facial compress ingredients like liquorish help to diminish dark circles under the eyes with other rejuvenating ingredients to tighten and clear the skin.

As the steam sterilises the compresses you can in theory use it on multiple clients, however I always either give or sell the poultice to a client to use at home and it is a beautiful way to add the benefits of healing herbs and flowers to support your clients health and wellbeing.
